Guide to Federated Security Incident Response for Research Collaboration

Authentication and Authorisation for Research and Collaboration (AARC) Initiative aims to develop and pilot an integrated cross-discipline authentication and authorization framework, building on existing AAI infrastructures. They published a Guide to Federated Security Incident Response which encompasses their experience from the mock, security incident exercises performed as part of the project.The Guide provides federations and their members instructions and recommendations on how to prepare for a federated, coherent response to security incidents, how to act during an ongoing incident and on how to report about the incident and share information with peers.
